Day 90 – 7/26/11 – 26 miles (1315)
I got to make pancakes for our team this morning! I miss cooking things that are not “boil 2 cups of water.”
Brenda drove us back to the trail this morning and we began the long climb out of Belden. And by long, I mean 14 miles of uphill, climbing from 2200′ to over 7000′. There was also quite a bit of poison oak along the sides of the trail. I tried to avoid it the best I could; we’ll find out in a few days if I succeeded.
